1. Your SAMI account
This agreement governs use of SAMI's Student, Parent, Agent, Partner, Staff and Admin portals, the ISF workspace, and those services accessed through the Telegram mini-app. Available functions depend on your role, linked records, approvals and the service you use. It supplements the Terms & Conditions; it does not replace an employment, agency, partner, event or paid-service agreement.
Use your own identity and contact details. Create and operate an account only for yourself or with documented authority in a representative workflow. Do not impersonate another user or select a role to obtain access you are not entitled to. New student registration does not itself approve agent, partner, parent or staff access.
A parent attendee category at a fair is an event-registration description. It does not automatically create Parent Portal permissions or access to another person's educational records. A minor's registration and processing require the necessary parent or legal guardian permissions; an automated registration screen is not a substitute for them.
2. Signing in, phone confirmation and Telegram
Protect your password, email account, phone number, verification codes and signed-in devices. Do not share one-time codes or private access links with anyone asking to act as SAMI support. Report a suspected compromise or a change of phone ownership promptly. Sign out of shared devices.
When you choose Google or Telegram sign-in, the provider supplies the identity information used for that sign-in. In the Telegram mini-app, a Telegram contact-sharing request can confirm your phone number. Starting the bot or typing a number does not by itself verify ownership. Matching an existing account still depends on the account's role, status and access checks.
The mini-app provides portal functions inside Telegram. Being inside Telegram does not create different service rights or bypass SAMI's permissions. Some actions may require a further identity check or instructions from an authorised account holder. Blocking the bot does not cancel a paid service or erase your SAMI account.
3. What you can do and what an action means
Where available, students can explore and compare study options, save shortlists, maintain their profile, upload documents, submit applications, respond to tasks, request services, view finances and messages, register for events, and use their SAMI QR code. Parents, agents and partners can perform only the actions specifically made available for authorised linked records.
Saving a shortlist or draft does not submit an application. Submitting to SAMI does not mean that a university has received, accepted or approved it. A paid order does not prove every related task is complete. An offer, visa decision or provider confirmation must be assessed using the actual supporting record, not a badge or estimate alone.
Applications require their own confirmations. A material change of institution, route, fee or authority may require a new instruction. Parent-approval requests are linked to a particular application. Complete the displayed review and verification steps; never approve on someone else's behalf without authority. Expired or replaced links must not be reused.
4. Documents and profile photographs
Upload only relevant, genuine files that you are entitled to share. Keep originals and independent copies. Do not upload malicious code, stolen material, forged evidence, unrelated sensitive records or another person's portrait as your own. If a field is locked or incorrect, request a correction rather than altering an official document to fit it.
A profile photograph must be a clear, current image of you with one visible human face. The upload process uses automated face detection to check suitability. It is not a guarantee of identity or document authenticity. A compliant upload can become active without staff pre-approval. If the check fails or is unavailable, retry or contact SAMI for assistance.
Authorised staff can correct a profile photo, including using the portrait from a passport supplied for your case, and can lock a staff-selected photo while an identity or accuracy issue is addressed. Contact SAMI to challenge an incorrect photo or request review of a lock. Service use of a photo and public promotional use are different purposes.
Where expressly shown and validly accepted during registration, publication permission allows SAMI to use your name, profile photograph, accurate study outcome or student story, and a testimonial you provide for public use on SAMI's websites, social channels and promotional or event materials. Registration alone does not establish permission where that scope was not presented and accepted. The permission excludes private documents, payment records and private correspondence. A minor's material requires the necessary parent or guardian permission before publication. You can ask SAMI to stop future promotional use and remove controlled online material, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Communications and application email
SAMI may communicate through portal messages, your verified contact details, Telegram where linked, and other channels agreed for your case. Check the contact details and deadlines in the message. Service messages about security, payments, requested work or event registration are different from optional marketing subscriptions.
Where SAMI supplies a managed application email address, authorised SAMI staff manage that mailbox and can read and send relevant correspondence within their case permissions. It is not a private personal mailbox available only to you. Staff may share relevant messages, documents or tasks through your portal; your portal view may not contain the complete mailbox.
Do not use a managed application address for banking, personal account recovery or unrelated confidential correspondence. Mailbox access, message availability and attachment retention can end separately from your portal account. Ask for important application correspondence you need to retain. Any institutional account, signature or decision requiring your personal action still needs your participation.
6. QR codes, events and sharing requests
Your SAMI QR code identifies your account in authorised attendance or sharing workflows; it is not a login credential. A scan may record a visit, consultation, event attendance or staff attendance, depending on the context. Keep the code reasonably private and report misuse.
A partner's request to view information and an agent's request to link your record have their own approval steps. Read the organisation, purpose and information listed before agreeing. Event attendance is not blanket permission for every exhibitor to access your private application files. Separate event notices govern any additional information sharing.
An authorised recipient may retain information already lawfully supplied under its own obligations. Revoking future access does not automatically recover every exported copy. Tell SAMI if a recipient contacts you beyond the agreed purpose or if you want help withdrawing a sharing permission.
7. Rules for representatives and organisations
Agents, partners and organisation members must keep their access details individual, use records only for the authorised purpose, and keep student information confidential. Do not browse unassigned records, export contacts for unrelated marketing, transfer access to an unapproved colleague, or misrepresent SAMI's prices or authority.
Only make a submission, approve a request, send a message, issue an invoice or record a payment where your role and actual authority permit it. An available screen does not authorise an action prohibited by your agreement. Commission balances, invoices and payout records remain subject to the relevant agreement and verification; they are not unconditional payment promises.
Staff and Admin users must also follow access, confidentiality and employment obligations. This agreement does not establish salary, leave, disciplinary or other employment terms.
8. Acceptable use and service availability
Do not bypass permissions, interfere with other accounts, scrape private data, overload services, evade payment or verification controls, submit false records, or use the portal to harass or defraud anyone. Report a security concern privately to info@sami.uz without accessing more data than needed to demonstrate it.
Functions may change or be temporarily unavailable. Maintain copies of important records and contact SAMI if an outage affects a deadline. We will address errors and agreed work rather than treating a technical failure as automatic completion or cancellation.
9. Restrictions, closure and your records
SAMI may restrict access proportionately for a security incident, suspected misuse, a disputed identity or authority, or the end of an authorised relationship. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and how to request review. Urgent protective restrictions may take effect before notice.
You may ask to close your account or remove an authorised link. Closure does not automatically withdraw an external application, cancel an order, settle an invoice or erase records that must lawfully be retained. We will explain the relevant steps. Losing access does not remove an entitlement to a statement, lawful refund or complaint review.
The Privacy Policy explains requests for access, correction and deletion. Keep important files independently; the portal is not an unlimited archive.
10. Acceptance and questions
Electronic confirmations record the relevant action, wording or version, account and technical evidence. They do not manufacture authority you do not have or replace a formal signature where one is required. A new version is not treated as accepted merely because staff edited an Admin text field.
